1 Hour Asana Session Daily in the morning between 6:00 to 10:00 AM as per your suitable schedule
1 Hour Meditation & Philosophy/Anatomy Daily session in the evening between 4:00 to 7:00 PM as per your suitable schedule.
Please Note: In the last week of this course, Teaching Methodology will be taught instead of Philosophy.

"Shastri Ji" Yogacharya Vineet Raturi completed his earlier studies, Intermediate and Bachelor from a Gurukul of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, Delhi and got the title "Shastri". Then he returned to the World Capital of Yoga: Rishikesh to learn Yoga properly as he dreamt to learn in his early days. Now he is a "Yogacharya" after being done Master in Yogic Science (MA Yoga) from HNB Garhwal University. He teaches Yoga Teacher Training Courses, Drop-in Classes, Intensive Courses, Yoga Workshops, Online Yoga Classes in and outside Rishikesh.

Yogacharya Khushbu Bhardwaj embraced the art of Yoga to don the cape of a Yoga professional with an MA Yoga Degree (Masters in Yogic Science) and got titled as "Yogacharya", as well as gained years of experience to add to her credentials. Her classes are Yoga Anatomy & Ayurveda focused on helping the students acquire optimal performance and complete benefits of Yoga while she also deepens the spiritual side of the practice through Mantras & Pranayama. Furthermore wants to make them aware that there is more to Yoga beyond the Asanas.

Yes, these are live and interactive sessions. of course, you can ask questions but we request you to ask you questions at the starting or at the end of the sessions.
The classes happens on regular basis which can be attended at any time.
In case you have a medical condition, please tell us before joining the class so that we can inform the yogi/yogini. The instructor will make sure that you’ve been provided with custom asanas.
The maximum and the minimum number of people in the group will be 30 and 60 respectively.
Sorry but at the moment we do not offer any trial classes as our prices are already very affordable.
Yes, you will receive an e-mail right after booking the session with all the joining details and joining instructions.
No, in case you miss any classes the class cannot be rescheduled as it is a monthly subscription (can be done in one-on-one sessions)
