Yogi Abhishek Ji
Yogi Abhishek Ji was born and brought up in Word's Yoga Capital, Rishikesh. He had an innate inclination towards yoga since childhood and took part in various Yoga competitions conducted by his school. After completing his secondary education, Yogi Abhishek Ji went on to get his 3-years of yoga degree from Yoga University in Rishikesh. Under the guidance of his Guru, Ravi Ji, he gained proficiency in Yoga teaching for 2-years. He is an experienced Ashtanga yoga teacher believing in spreading this art of wellness to eradicate diseases organically.

Yes, these are live and interactive sessions. of course, you can ask questions but we request you to ask you questions at the starting or at the end of the sessions.

The maximum and the minimum number of people in the group will be 30 and 60 respectively.

No, in case you miss any classes the class cannot be rescheduled as it is a monthly subscription (can be done in one-on-one sessions)
