What you will do


Hand-picked asanas from multiple forms of yoga resulting in an effective yoga flow.

A gentle pace that allows you to follow and understand the breath and explore the movement mechanism.

Clear and easy instructions with no jargon or yogic language. 

Asanas help reduce weight up to 2-3 kg in a month, same time burns fat cells to correct your body structure/posture.

1-hour daily session divided into 3 parts to suit all your needs

  • 45 minutes of guided yoga practice 
  • 10 minutes of soothing meditation
  • 5 minutes open for all Q&A session

The sessions will be taught by Yogi Abhishek who is a 200 Hours RYT certified yoga instructor having multiple years of experience.

This session is scheduled for 07:00 - 08:00 am IST daily.

Make sure you have a good internet connection

Keep your Laptop/Mobile/Tab is fully charged 

Water is important, keep a water bottle handy 

It’s good to wear comfortable clothes during the sessions

Always keep the mic off during session for clear instructions, you can turn it on while in Q&A

Be ready 3-5 minutes prior to the online session 

Kindly inform if you have any medical problem or if you are a pregnant

Will I be joining a new batch or an on-going one or when does the batch starts?

The classes happens on regular basis which can be attended at any time.

What if I miss one class, can it be rescheduled?

No, in case you miss any classes the class cannot be rescheduled as it is a monthly subscription (can be done in one-on-one sessions)

Will I get a link after booking the session?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail right after booking the session with all the joining details and joining instructions.

Are these live sessions? Can I ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, these are live and interactive sessions. of course, you can ask questions but we request you to ask you questions at the starting or at the end of the sessions.

Can I get a trial class?

Sorry but at the moment we do not offer any trial classes as our prices are already very affordable.

I have got a medical condition, can I get the sessions accordingly?

In case you have a medical condition, please tell us before joining the class so that we can inform the yogi/yogini. The instructor will make sure that you’ve been provided with custom asanas.

Do I need to keep my camera/webcam on?

It completely depends upon your choice, keep it on if you will comfortable otherwise keep it turned off.

What will be the maximum and minimum strength of a group session?

The maximum and the minimum number of people in the group will be 30 and 60 respectively.
