Hatha Yoga

'Hatha’ is a Sanskrit word that means force. Hatha yoga is a combination of yoga asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing), and dhyana (meditation).

Ashtanga Yoga

It is a very effective form of yoga for weight-loss.
