Bir is a noted center for ecotourism, spiritual studies, and meditation. If you are an adventure lover you must visit this place and you will definitely love it.
  • You can do Paragliding, Hang gliding, Mountain biking, Camping, trekking, Shopping, and lots of other adventures here. Bir Billing is also famed for its soulful Tibetian monasteries and peaceful settings.
  • Be entranced by the small trek, sightseeing, group lunch, group dinners, and musical bonfires here with lots of fun and talks with our group under the starlit sky. A Bir trip gives you an unforgettable experience for a lifetime.

What you will do


Day 0: Departure from Delhi

  • Departure on Friday from Delhi at 7:00 PM.

Day 1: Arrival at Bir | Paragliding in Billing | Bir Local Sightseeing

  • The first activity of the day is to witness sunrise over the mountains while sipping on a steaming cup of ”Adrak-wali chai” After a nice breakfast, rest for a while in your cozy rooms.
  • Once we are rejuvenated and have gained our energies back, we will leave for Billing for Paragliding. 
  • After lunch, we will visit the nearby market area around Bir. The cafes in Bir can easily put any cafe in Delhi to shame. Visit the landing site (near the market area) for a beautiful sunset. The sunsets in Bir are definitely one of the best in India. 
  • Post sundown, we will return to our hostel and set up the bonfire. After a beautiful and memorable night, retire to your dorms for a restful sleep. 

Day 2: Hike to Nearby Fort | Head to Palpung Sherab Ling Monastery | Return Journey

  • After a deliciously satisfying breakfast, we will leave for a short hike to a nearby fort in the middle of the hills. The trek takes you through the lush greenery and serenity of Himalayan jungles.
  • Once we are done with the hike, we will head to the Palpung Sherab Ling Monastery. One of the largest monasteries in the area, Palpung Monastery is located at an ideal place away from any form of population.
  • After taking in all the fresh air and the beautiful views, we will bid goodbye to the mountains and start our journey back to Delhi and reach Delhi by 5:30 in the morning.

Our trips usually have an intense trekking included so it is is advised to not to bring any ward with you on the trips.

What do I need to carry while on the trip?

Can I can reschedule my trip?

Are there going to be bonfires nights?

Well you can say that any trip is incomplete without a bonfire

What precautions are taken to ensure the safety of the group from COVID exposure?

The trips leader, commute partners and our hosts are taking all the required measure to the safety of the travellers from sanitising the stays and vehicles regularly to doing the regular temperature checks of the staff.

I’m traveling solo, can I join the trip?

Yes, absolutely! As a matter of fact 40% of our groups comprises of solo travellers.

How is the quality of food and what type of food are we going to get?

The food served during the trip is delicious home cooked 100% vegetarian (Non-veg available on extra charges)

What type of accommodation will be provided if I’m travelling solo?

It completely depend on what type of accommodation you are choosing while making the booking (double occupancy, triple, quadruple, etc.) You’ll be sharing the room/camp with your fellow travellers.
